Project Support

For all projects, AJ Tech provides a Web-based project management system to allow both AJ Tech and Clients to track milestones, change requests and bugs.

Visiting Our Software Development Centre

AJ Tech takes particular pride in making our clients feel welcome and comfortable in their contact with us. We have always been sensitive to the special demands associated with operating offshore, and are constantly looking for ways to extend the range and convenience of services we offer. We make every effort to accommodate the individual needs of each and every client.

• AJ Tech provides e-mail and telephone support services with English-speaking operators
• For the convenience of UK customers, we have dedicated phone lines from London direct to AJ Tech production offices
• For clients wishing to visit St Petersburg we are happy to offer visa support and arrange for somebody to meet them on arrival, as well as guidance in selecting hotels and making reservations. A cultural program can be arranged on request, and for the convenience of our guests, mobile phones with local network connections are provided. Those who have visited once have usually arranged for a return visit!
